Artist's Description
The delicate pink petals and the beautiful scent make the sweet pea such a popular flower.
The sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus) is a flowering plant in the genus Lathyrus in the family Fabaceae (legumes). It is native to Sicily, Cyprus, southern Italy and also the Aegean Islands.
It is an annual climbing plant, and grows to a height of between 1 and 2 metres (3 ft 3 in to 6 ft 7 in), where suitable support is available. About Rob Hemphill
Having enjoyed photography for over 30 years, I got my first serious DSLR in 2009. I now capture images with a Nikon D850. Landscape, nature and travel photography excite me the most, but there's still room for macro photography. My favorite subject is waterfalls, especially in the fall. Capturing great photographs takes a lot of commitment, plenty of resources, a keen eye and most important a love of photography. My photographs are appropriate for home and business use, and suitable for advertising too. If you see something that you like, please Vote for, Favorite, leave a comment, or even Buy an image! To those of you who find something to purchase I would like to show my sincere gratitude and appreciation. Thank you so much! Also,...
